C is for Cat

We have 10 kitties that reside here at Chez Purl, but one in particular changed our plans up a bit yesterday. Christmas (aka Chrissy) kitty hasn’t been herself lately, unfortunately I didn’t know if it was her or Charlie that was the culprit of a nice little mess, but it indeed was her. She has a bladder infection, but is doing quite nicely since she is getting the right antibiotics. Although this look on her face will tell us otherwise. Maybe about how unhappy she was about about giving that sample. Sorry, but it was for her own good.

C could also be for car. Actually a mini-van with two sliding doors in my case, but still wheels. For a while, I’ve been have a few little electrical flare ups. Nothing but really annoying in the past, until that is the alarm started going off on it’s own. Now that ended up annoying my all my co-workers as well – as it only happened at work. I said it wanted to be snug back in the garage, but no one bought that and they pestered me to call for some service. Well wouldn’t you know it 4 electrical door sensors are going bad and causing all of the problems. Great. The good news is the hubby and I had some actual foresight to purchase the extended warranty – thank goodness – as who know how much that bungle would cost. Back to some knitting…

  • Poor Chrissy, a bladder infection is no fun! I’m sure she’ll be sorted out in no time with those antibiotics.

The alarm thing sounds like a pain but at least they went all at once so you don’t have to fix the problem repeatedly.
