Frog Pond Visit

What could be more apporpriate for a yarn called Tide Pool. On the plane I made some sort of mistake – a few k2tog instead of p2tog and whoops – ribbit? Well, I got going at the frog pond and other than the toes which I really liked, I felt this pattern was just a bit too loose and frankly unless I pick up some sharper needles not extremely enjoyable. So before long the balls looked like this…str-frogged.JPGOh well…

Anyway – here is the yarn I dyed at our dye party in cake form… I can’t wait to cast this one on… but I’m discipling myself to get my other knit on the go socks off the needles and plus there’s this STR that still needs to be knit.

  • OM MY that yarn looks yummy caked up. You have created a monster, all I have talked about this past week is dyeing. I even picked up a color chart when I was at the Elegant Ewe yesterday. It was great to see you and thanks for all your direction with the dyeing.

Oooo it looks awesome caked up! Too bad tide pool had to be frogged but it’ll look fab as a classic sock too.
