One Lucky Girl

So sorry I have been remiss in posting.  Back in August I received a new Handi Quilter Avante.  Well it needed it’s own room, so down in the basement a retractable wall went up and I started to move in.  In November, I received the Pro-Stitcher for the Avante and the day after Thanksgiving it was installed by my husband.  When it got all hooked up, I studied the manual and watched videos.  It wasn’t long and I was off and running.  I did my first quilt which was a table runner.  I love how it turned out and it’s done and on my table.

close-up of Hunter's Star quiltingI still have my big Pfaff 4.0 upstairs with my big Tracey Table and Cut ‘n Press in one room and my Handi Quilter Sweet Sixteen in another.  I’m still massaging things into place, but I have put my Pfaff Passport on a table and my cutting table downstairs to work on things while the machine is stitching.

Anyway…long over due… Here’s some shots of my new quilting studio and stash storage.
