I love, love, love this shawl looking at the pictures.

I bought this as a kit from Wooly Wonka, but the pattern is by Anne Hanson.  I liked the yarn working with it, but it did bleed a lot when I first soaked it.  It took about 8 soaks before it got to a more manageable level.  However, It’s such a soft buttery yellow, it reminds me of the yellow bits of the bee.

  • Lovely shawl and you flatter it tremendously. My Bee Fields Shawl will be the green parts of the bee when I start and finish it.

  • That’s a perfect color for the shawl and I think it’s one of Anne’s prettiest patterns. It kind of scared me off, though, when I saw it was 18 pages. You should be very proud of your work and it looks lovely on you.
